Delivery, Cancellation & Returns Policy

Products will be delivered to you by the cargo companies our company has agreements with. If you have a specific cargo company preference other than those optionally listed for delivery, please contact our customer representatives at 0262 751 03 03.

· You must ensure that you receive your cargo undamaged. Since the responsibility of the cargo company ends after delivery, please have a report prepared by the cargo company and do not accept the cargo if you notice any problem with the product.

· Your order will be prepared and delivered to the address you specified after your payment information is confirmed.

· To ensure your order is delivered to your address as soon as possible, the payment process must be completed within a maximum of 3 days from the order date.

· Shipping fees are shown to the customer during the ordering process.

· In case of delivery delays or similar situations, you can contact us via the email address or phone number provided in the contact section. Please always state your order number in your conversations and correspondence.

· In case of a problem with payment information or delivery address, you will be contacted via the email address or phone numbers you provided; orders that cannot be delivered within 15 days will be canceled.

· Delays may occur in your orders due to products not being in stock with supplier companies. In such cases, you will definitely be notified via phone or email.

  SALES AGREEMENT:

· You can shop on our site as a member or without being a member.

ozcancivi.com.tr allows shopping with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). The date the order is placed is taken as the date our system collects payment from the credit card. The delivery period for the order is based on this date. 

ozcancivi.com.tr will deliver all your orders with an invoice as required by law. All prices for purchases are expressed in Turkish Lira. VAT is 18%.

· During the order process, please ensure the accuracy of your invoice, delivery, and contact information, especially check your email and phone number.

When you place an order on our ozcancivi.com.tr website, the approved information regarding this order will be sent to your email address. After these are confirmed by our system, your product or service requests will be met and delivered to you.

· The date the order is placed is taken as the date our system collects payment from the credit card. The delivery period for the order is based on this date.

· Özcan Çivi is not responsible for price inaccuracies caused by typesetting and system errors.

· Situations that are not present or foreseen at the date of signing the contract, that develop beyond the control of the parties, and whose occurrence makes it impossible for one or both parties to partially or completely fulfill their debts and responsibilities under the contract, or to fulfill them on time, shall be considered as force majeure (Natural disaster, war, terrorism, riot, legislative provisions, confiscation or strike, lockout, significant malfunctions in production and communication facilities...). The party experiencing force majeure shall immediately notify the other party in writing. During the continuation of force majeure, neither party shall be responsible for their failure to fulfill their obligations. If this force majeure situation continues for 10 (ten) days, either party shall have the right to unilateral termination.

CANCELLATION:

· If you wish to completely cancel your order, you must contact our customer representatives at +90 262 751 03 03 or send an email to e-satis@ozcancivi.com.tr regarding this matter.


· In cases where the order cannot be completely fulfilled, the payment made by the customer will be refunded, and the customer will be informed.

· In cases where the order is partially fulfilled, the customer is informed, and transactions are carried out according to the customer's request for this order. (Sometimes the customer places an order with the condition "send only what is fulfilled and refund my payment for the rest" or may request to exchange the incomplete order with another product or cancel the entire order.)
